Complimentary UK Delivery

We are pleased to offer complimentary standard delivery on all orders over £150 within the United Kingdom. For orders under this value, a standard delivery charge of £6.95 will apply.

Our Courier Partners & Estimated Delivery Times

We entrust your parcels to a selection of premium couriers to provide a reliable and efficient service.

  • Standard Delivery (2-4 Business Days): Typically handled by Royal Mail or Evri for smaller items such as home fragrance, cushions, and tableware.
  • Express Delivery (1-2 Business Days): Handled by DPD, offering predictable delivery windows and in-flight tracking options for your convenience. Available for a supplementary charge of £9.95.
  • White Glove Service (5-10 Business Days): For our grandest pieces, such as the Aethelred Chandelier or our sculptural side tables, we provide a complimentary two-person delivery service. Our team will deliver to a room of your choice, unpack the item, and remove all packaging. You will be contacted within 48 hours of your order to arrange a convenient delivery date.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing a unique tracking number and a link to the courier's online portal. This allows you to monitor the journey of your parcel in real-time.

International Delivery

We are currently able to deliver to select international destinations. Please contact our client services team for a bespoke shipping quotation before placing your order.
