At Livvat, we desire for you to be entirely content with your acquisition. If for any reason you are not, we provide a straightforward returns process for your convenience. Our aim is to make this experience as seamless and refined as the pieces we offer.

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of receipt to return an item for a full refund or an exchange. We ask that the item be returned in its original, unused, and saleable condition, complete with all original packaging and documentation.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Client Services: Please email our client services team with your order number and the reason for your return. They will provide you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) and detailed instructions.
  2. Prepare Your Parcel: Securely package the item in its original box and include the RAN inside. Please ensure the item is well-protected to prevent damage during transit.
  3. Send the Item: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit. For larger items, we can assist in arranging a collection with our White Glove service for a fee.

Exchanges

Should you wish to exchange your item for another piece from our collection, please specify this when you contact our client services team. We will arrange for the new item to be dispatched once we have received and inspected the original returned item. Any difference in price will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that for reasons of hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns on scented candles or diffusers once the seal has been broken. Furthermore, any bespoke, personalised, or made-to-order items are considered final sale and are non-returnable.
