Comprehensive Five-Year Lighting & Furniture Guarantee

All Livvat lighting fixtures, including our crystal chandeliers and forged steel lamps, alongside all furniture and sculptural pieces, are guaranteed for a period of five years from the date of delivery. This guarantee covers any structural defects or failures arising from the manufacturing process. It assures the integrity of frames, fixtures, wiring, and core construction under conditions of normal residential use.

Two-Year Soft Furnishings & Decorative Objects Warranty

Our soft furnishings, including our cashmere throws, Belgian linen drapery, and velvet cushions, are warrantied for a period of two years against defects in materials and workmanship. This also applies to our decorative objects, serveware, and artisan mirrors. The warranty covers aspects such as stitching, fabric integrity, and the finish of decorative items, excluding natural wear and tear.

What is Not Covered

This guarantee does not extend to:

• Damage resulting from improper use, accidents, or negligence.
• Normal wear and tear, including natural fading of fabrics, scratches, or patina that develops over time on materials like bronze and marble.
• Damage caused by improper cleaning, maintenance, or exposure to harsh environmental conditions.
• Any alterations or repairs not performed by a Livvat-authorised technician.
• Light bulbs or other consumable components.

Making a Claim

Should you believe your piece has a defect covered by our guarantee, please contact our client services team with your original order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence. Our team will assess your claim with discretion and efficiency. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will, at our discretion, arrange for a repair, a replacement, or a credit for the original purchase price.
