This means each mould is used only once, rendering every single sculpture unique. Alastair then finishes each piece by hand, either polishing it to a brilliant gleam or applying a specialist patina to achieve a deep, aged verdigris, ensuring the final work is as much a testament to modern artistry as it is to ancient symbolism.
