Delivery & Returns

Delivery: UK standard delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on the item. Free UK delivery on orders over £50 (exclusions apply).

Returns: You can ask for a return within 30 days of delivery (14 days for items sent directly from our UK maker). Items must be unused and in their original condition. Return postage for change-of-mind returns is paid by the customer. If an item arrives damaged or faulty, tell us within 48 hours and we will put it right.
