Please note, items returned without a valid Return Authorisation Number (RAN) cannot be processed.

  3. Processing: Upon successful inspection, your refund will be processed. You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.

Refund Timeframes

Please allow 3-5 business days for our team to inspect your returned item. Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The funds will be credited exclusively to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.

Non-Refundable Items

Certain items are not eligible for a refund. These include:

  • Bespoke or customised items made to your specifications.
  • Gift cards.
  • Scented candles, diffusers, or home fragrance items where the protective seal has been broken.
  • Items returned damaged, used, or not in their original packaging.

Restocking Fees

Livvat does not charge any restocking fees. You will receive a full refund for the item's purchase price, provided it meets the return conditions.
